I am making a plan to go EU, please share something to save cost.

Depends where you go in France/Italy.
Which cities. Costs are varying a lot if you choose big cities where to stay.
Paris costs a lot, both hotels and food, for hotels you can check here: http://www.hotelf1.com/gb/home/index.shtml prices are very cheap. Another website to find cheap hotels is this: http://www.hotels-economiques.com/
Food side the cheapest places are the famous McDonald's.
In Italy the hotels are costly even if looks cheap, this is due to the tax system. A good place where to search cheap hotels is www.tripadvisor.it, there are more but the word "cheap" in Italy means also bad quality.
In France stay far from the dangerous areas, and not because recent attacks, like St. Denis in Paris or the Arabic district in Lyon or Nice. In Italy take care of your belongings, do not show off, should be dangerous.
