your job does not exist in Malta !.
There are nurses of course but what is a nurse aid ?

You will have to find an employer before you come. He will apply for a work permit if your qualifications are comparable to the Maltese standards.
But although well-trained non -EU nurses are accepted on calls from the government I doubt if a nurse assistant will be given a visa.
