Bring in your identification and go to the place where they make policial antecedentes. It is around third and third in San Pedro Sula. You must arrive early. I think the wait is three days! If you do not have a cedula you must go to RNP which is in front of the park in SPS. Hope this is helpful!

In SPS right near the park, but you need to arrive extremely early in the morning!
