I'm Darill from the Philippines planning to work in Ras Alkhaimah as Jr. QC Engineer in Rak Precast.
1st of all is Rak Precast a good company?
2nd, They offered me a package of 4500 Aed (2200 basic pay, 1200 accomodation allowance, 1100 transpo allowance). But in the next line of contract, it was stated that they will provide shared accomodation and back to back transpo.
My agency here in the Philippines told me I will get the 4500aed without deduction. That the employer make it a package with accomodation and transpo for tax purposes (for them to pay lower tax)
