Hello amjad1012,
As you can imagine in a country as vast as Brazil ( 8,514,877 sq km), the greatest part of which is uninhabited jungle or tundra, and a population of 200 million, relatively few of whom are expats it is almost impossible to hold get-togethers and meet-ups here on any kind of organized basis.
