i was registered in SEC then they rejected me due to not uploading my graduate degree,. in actual is i uploaded only my certification from school and certifies me that i earned 140 units on civil engineering but without diploma.
my visa is engineer and so i do not have choice but to enter this situation..
there is any possible to accept my registration?
Please someone help me regarding with this..

Without 4 years Engineering you can not be a member of SCE
