My best friend designed a house that I want to build in Mauritius. He is a licensed architect in Europe but I need a Mauritian architect to approve and sign the plan in order to apply for a construction permit. Established architects do not seem too keen to do so. Anyone know someone who would be willing to do so for a fee?Or will a French architect be accepted by the ministry?
