My TV screen is flashing, and a fizzing sound comes out of the back of it. - what's wrong?

The possible cause of fizzing sound seems back light inverter board, there are high voltage going to CCFL inside LCD panel and seems high voltage leakage causing that buzzing/fizzing noise.
Replace back light inverter board upon voltage leakage confirmation.
