Hi Leijanna!
Your question is really interesting because few days ago I was asking a friend about the same thing! Anyway, he indicated me a tattoo shop called Dark Art Tattoo, it is on Teréz krt. 35 in the district 6. I did not visited them yet but I believe the professionals there are good because this guy who indicated it to me has some really nice tattoos.
