Hey guys,
Im Mexican and just moved to Phuket from Bangkok 3 days ago.
This week is the 200 Aniversary of our independence day, its the most important day in Mexico. Even that I havent lived there for 6 years, I always celebrate it wherever I am. Most of the time, Mexican restaurants and consulates organise something but here no one is doing anything ;/
I dont find Mexicans and Mexican restaurants are not aware of this big day. Many people think our biggest and independence day is cinco de Mayo (5th May) but its not.
Anyway, I was thinking of doing some gathering in my place this Friday the 17th September to celebrate this day and therefore to meet some people. I think I live south of Phuket town.
If someone would like to join, let me know
