I reckoned the process is the same.
You would require the following for export:
1. PI or CI with company stamp (buyer and seller)
2. Packing list (seller stamp)
You would require the following for import:
1. the documents mentioned above for verification at the customs
2. customs documents for clearance
3. $$$ to pay for taxes and admin fees and "service fees" if applicable
