i am a christian(pastor), i would like to start a church at malaysia, what should i do to get permit to start the church?

Well usually Malaysia will come under some sort of diocese in the general set up of your type of religion and church. The church heads would be responsonsible to make all the arrangements, not an individual.
To get a work permit you would need to hold a theological degree from a recognized theological seminary and have at least 5 years of experience.
