Please let me know how to pay out the late fees of newly baby birth certificate ,
My baby was born on 7 feb 2015, I was trying to get the appointment from ahwal al madni and get appointment for 24 April 2015. It was more than one month. How we can payout the late fees.

If Ahwal Madniah tell u to pay fine, then only u pay.. otherwise it's okay..

Delay period is very less. They'll not ask to pay any fine Insha Allah

You will be asked to fine of SR. 50 once they receive request after one month of the event of birth or death.
This delay could be due to 2 reasons:-
a) Unable to find appointment from website, in other words, appointment given to you was after one month and beyond your control or due to some error OR
b) you applied late for the appointment
For case "b", pay the fine online or through ATM machine. I am not sure but it will appear as "Government services" --> Aliens service --> Issue Birth Certificate --> Write details and iqama number of father....
Incase you apply from before and your appointment is automatically set after one month, take a print out to prove the date of request.
