Hi..am a nurse..i got a employment visa of oman which is not stamped as i still not enter to oman in india only..If that visa expire by the three month period then i have the following doubts 1)is the visa need to be cancelled by the sponser if i need to take other visa?(2)does it affect me for getting other job in oman,any ban for 2 years??(still not issued labour card as the visa not stamped only i signed the contract with the hospital)3)Any need for noc from that employer???plz give necessary sugestions

no need NOC as ur visa is not stamped on ur passport. the previous visa will get cancelled after 6 months automatically even if u have another visa issue from another sponsor (u can enter the country but u need to carry that new visa on which u will be going to work. because on the airport they will not ask u that u have 2 or 3 visas issued but they will only ask u to provide the visa on which ur traveling. so no need to worry about it.
