I lost contact with a good friend in Vietnam 3 years ago. My only clue to getting back in touch was her brother in laws phone number of 081665XXXX. Since I have had his number all the mobile codes in Vietnam have changed, does anybody please know what the changed code for the old one shown above might be please. I have tried so many ways of contacting her for the last 3 years and this is my final chance

that looks like a correct land line Saigon number, not a mobile number. you could ask the exchange if the number has changed. ring +8481080.
