Hi all,

I am an american working for an american company in Belgium. I have no contract with the company as i am here on assignment. The offer letter states: "In the event that you terminate your service with the company, the company will provide for relocation benefits only to the extent required by law".

My question is: is the my company required by LAW to move me back to the US if i resign on my own?
