How is retirement in Monaco. It looks like a beautiful place. My Dad fall in love with it. I would like to retired in Monaco.

Salaries are generally higher in Monaco. I'd guess this would be about 20% higher than the surrounding cities. Much higher than deeper into France and Italy. Benefits such as insurance and retirement contributions are also higher. This is why everyone in the surrounding cities want to work here.
