Hi,
I am wondering if anybody knows about this situation.
An american friend is married to a Spaniard and has a child who is 20 years old
but his residency card ran out 2 years ago and is worried that he can
have problems now renewing his residency as his daughter is over 18
and he has left it so long to renew.
Does anybody have any advice on this or know if they would need
a lawyer as to not have any problems.

Yes he has only 2 way to vet residency again.
1 if his wife is working then he can vet papers again
2 if he can get any work contract from any where in Spain .contract of job should be of 8 hours and for one year then he can submit his residency .
