Dear everybody,

With my wife, we just bought a property in Yalikavak nearby Bodrum. We'll definitely settle in Yalikavak. We met 6 or 7 different real estate agencies and visited 30 properties in Yalikavak or close to. As in every country, there are very professional real estate agencies and, unfortunately, some disreputable. We came in a commitment with JADE EMLAK in Yalikavak. This one, Mr. ERKAN DENIZ and Mr. MEHMET KELES, were trusty, professional, efficient and friendly. We also got in touch with Century 21 in Yalikavak, Mr. KEVIN and Ms. Meral KURT. Despite they "lost" in this case, they were fair play. We could recommand these 2 real estate agencies. We have no interest in these real estate agencies.
