hi its me again.
i want my marriage cert to be certified by philippine embassy here in kl. is the original and photocopy of the document is enough? or does it need to be authenticated first by the Department of FOreign Affairs? im puzzled.
i plan to visit the embassy this week and i want to make sure. i tried to call their office but its always busy.

normally, photocopy (along with original copy) and your passport copy is more than enough..
