I left my school during the holidays and gave in my notice on the 26th June 2014, it is now the 31st of October and I still don't have my gratuity pay nor do I have my passport as they kept it. What can I do as an expat to get this sorted?

Are you in Saudi?
If yes then I think they want you to transfer your sponsorship first.
