Iqama/Visa transfer

Hello,

I am new to this forum and read lot of complex questions being answered regarding visa/iqama transfer. But I have basic question hope I will get step by step guide.

I completed more than 2 yrs with my current employer ( in green) now I have a offer from another company which is competitor of current employer. Now If I asked for visa/iqama transfer they may ask me to get exit and come back with new employer visa. I want to avoid the final exit. Can you please guide me the procedure how can I get iqama transfer to new employee if my current employee is not willing to tansfer iqama? Is it my legal right that my current employer have to give me iqama tranfer?

Both companies are in green.
