Hey! I'm from Hong Kong and I desperately need your help!

This is NOT an ad, just sincerely asking you for help.

I'm a executive recruiter in Hong Kong and now I'm working on this role looking for a Japanese speaking candidate. I knew it wasn't gonna be easy but it turns out harder than I thought.

Firstly, I believe there are many Japanese in Hong kong and there are definitely some communities for them. Does anyone know any of them?

And also what kind of job boards or social network do most of you use? Like Linkedin etc?

Also I find it hard to get responses after I reach out to Japanese candidates. Do you tend to ignore this kind of contact and prefer referral from friends or colleagues?

I'd really appreciate it if you could help me with those questions. Thanks a lot!
