Well Bob, I used to think we North Americans knew something about barbecue until I came to Brazil and found out that they make us look like rank amateurs with a grill. I also learned that despite the convenience of gas, nothing ever beats good old fashioned charcoal. Took me ages to master "churrasco" Brazilian style, but now I'm a Grill Master.
Anyway, Happy Birthday to all my American friends out there, enjoy today to the max, stay safe!
