hello, I am new to Panama City and looking for a place to unlock my iphone 4s. I'm living in El Cangrejo but will travel anywhere to have it done. I'm also brand new to the city, so any tips, advice and info on daily life here would be great! Thanks

Hi,
You can ask in mall El dorado and they ask you 40 $ for the rsim9. And unblock your Iphone. They did that for my iPhone 5.
