What do you consider "reasonably priced"?

Spring House Hotel at Pham Ngu Lao Street, walking distance to travel agents, bus companies, convenience stores and restaurants/bars.

I used to stay more than 1 year at Nguyet Van hotel - 59/10 Ho Hao Hon street, district 1, check Agoda, its around VND250k per night, bargain for 30% discount if you stay long. Hotel offers great food, around VND30,000 to VND50,000/ dish

Its hard to know what pleases whom but can anyone at least compare staying in a low-cost hotel vs. a guest house?
