I am in Saudi on a Engineer Visa and have registered in jawazat as engineer, but my i got a new job with profession as Technician, is it allowed to comeback as technician once you have already been in Saudi on engineer visa.

Yes you can but wait a minute. Are you registered with Saudi Engineering Council?
If yes, I suggest you maintain the profession rather than downgrading it.
