Hi,
I know that as per latest rules from MOM, in order to get Dependent Pass issued for children, the applying parent needs to earn at least 4000 SGD on S-Pass or EP.
However, would it be possible for a working couple, both on S-Pass and earning approximately 3000 SGD each (so 6000 SGD for family) to have their child in Singapore on DP.
Or, is the individual limit mandatory?

As far as I know, one (and only one) sponsor applies for the DP - and he/she must fulfill the salary requirement. Comboined income of both parents is not considered as far as I know - but you should ask at ICA or MoM to confirm.

MOM only count one sponsor salary, sadly !
In the end did u get the DP approved ?
