jobsdb is one of the best websites for applying from abroad.
But, as in many places, being physically present in the country, and having connections counts for a lot more. So arrange for an extended job search trip (not just a month!) if you are serious!
Job agencies are of limited use in Singapore, so don"t put your hopes on them (especially if they try to charge you, which is illegal).
