for me vacation is synonymous to sending postcards...sharing the beauty of the place , the people or just wanting to share some unspoken moments...i love portugal but i'm a little disappointed that the postcards i sent have taken 21 days to reach their destination....to
belgium...i also understand when they call the postal service slow mail... but not this slow!

The service is not slow. Understand that the Portuguese Postal service is running as we speak into a Privatization process.
