Hi, wonder if anyone knows of a good yoga studio, preferably Ashtanga Yoga, but any kind will do. Am coming out at the end of July for a couple of weeks and would be great to keep up my yoga routine. Will be staying in the Grand Bay area. Am also be bringing the surfboard so if anyone knows of some good spots to surf, be very much appreciated. I know there's sharks but I'm from Cape Town so pretty much used to them. If they don't bite me, I won't bite them.
