I am planning to move jeddah, I am diabetic patient and taking Insulin 2 times a day.
Is Insulin is banned in KSA.

No. With proper prescription from a doctor you can purchase it from any pharmacy.

Exactly what I wanted to say 
25% of the population suffering. 50% above the age of 30 are prone to it.
According to WHO-[UN], KSA stands 7th in the world.
