Can anyone advise, if there is any restriction/s for an Iqama holder with "Executive Secretary" profession to get a permanent or visit family visa?.

My profession on iqama is Secretary and I did not face any problem for family visa. Actually I got married here and just transfer her iqama from her father to under my sponsorship.

Then that's beside the point A_K. I know people having labor profession on their iqamas, got married here and transferred their spouses on their iqamas.

Applying and getting a family visa unfortunately is quite a very different process.
