So, here's a thing you may consider if you are posting this on an expat forum. Many of us have been in the place we are currently for many years, though broken up into segments. I've lived in Germany for 8 years, but broken up.
You should find out this before jettesoning us from the survey.
If we started living someplace in the early 1970s, then went to africa, then back to Germany, Australia, then back to Germany for example, we have some very good information about water quality in Germany that might be quite relevant.
Consider that when designing your next questionnaire.
