I'm an American doctor looking at a job in Saipan, Rota, or Tinian

Ive never been to the Marianas but was stationed in Hawaii in the US Army.  What is life like for a doctor in the Marianas?

I live on Rota... it is really pretty but not for the average mainlander. However I do know one doc just moved off island.
