I am an Indian computer Grad in Dubai with tour visa for last one week. I've been applying for the jobs online since i landed here but all my efforts went in vain. Couldn't get a single replay from employers.
So please guide me the best way for the same.

Try to get some references through friends and their colleagues. Applying only through on-line definitely will not help you. all the best.
