Working as Freelancer in Iran

Hi,

Can somebody tell me Law for working as freelancer in Iran ? Do government need to know from where I'm getting paid?
Pls provide the law details and your opinion.

what paperwork is required and how long does it take to get permission.

and if I'm consultant to an International company but work from home in Iran , do i still need permission or what paperwork is required. Please clarify.

it's not important if you want work at home
but permission it's for TV and Radio reporter and permission is necessary if you want to go for exmpale persident Press Conference .
