Hi everyone...
I am hopeing that someone can help direct me to the information of what kind of paperwork i need to obtain to do this and where to find it.
Have tried to search the net but its all Greek to me...am getting no where fast....
If anyone can tell me what kind of licences i would need and where to find them...anything would help...

the best place is to ask the locals.
ask your local souvalaki shop they might be able to help.
one thing i do know is that its illegal to sell food or prepare from homes you need to have a shop.

You need to talk to KEP, a government information agency. Here is an email address for the office in Hania Crete, they speak fluent English, ask them for the Athens number, then call them and they will give you all the info you need - it's their job!. Good Luck
