I have tried to contact to some recruitment agencies such as Kellyservices,
Express Recruit ...but they said that their services are for Malaysian only. Do you know any other agencies for foreigners? Thank you

Try LinkedIn...need to have an account there and put your detail work experience. A lot of headhunters/agencies in that network. And they'll contact you & they always post for vacant position.
Just give a try. Its great *for me.
