On-Arrival visas are for professional like docs, engrs, marketing specialists and consultants etc; white collar professionals is what they call it. I think hard chance.

no idea, to be discussed with airport or uae embassy in saudi

before that u dont need original iqama to go dubai but abudhabi u need it

cannot . As the visit visa is based only from saudi to dubai(GCC only) but not from india/pakistan .

if u really wants to go ---go dubai 1st and then fly to pak else u will end up with problems..

  I would like to ask if i could travel from Riyadh to Dubai, My Iqama is not permitted to work(dependent's iqama). I am thinking if i could go there to visit my elder brother. Is it ok or do i need other documents to travel. I am planning to travel alone. Is it ok to go or not??? What should i do?? please give me advice.

Yes, dependents can travel to Dubai alone. The easiest way is to go through Emirates and ask them to arrange the visa. They'll do it all.

How about Sales Rep travelling with family (dependents)? can they easily travel and get visa upon arrival to Dubai?

If you carry original iqama's, yes you will get on arrival visas.

check the uae embassy site for list of allowed professions that can get visa on arrival. If yours is not there then you can apply for the visa.

is it possible to get a visit visa to saudiarabia  with 5 months 15 days valid passport. i already visited saudi  with multiple entry visit visa once.

As a global rule, 6 m validity is minimum. not a day less!

minimum 6 Months validity required , else they will  issue visit visa but stamping embassy will check ur status of passports.

k.if  i get visa can any body stops me while traveling.granting visa means no problem i think.

i need only visit visa.if they granted is there any problem while traveling with 5 months valid passport.

If you already have the visa issued then no one will stop you from traveling.

First you have to check your iqama status.If it is professional designation, you can visit Dubai on arrival visa. however age also to be checked with UAE embassy /airport to confirm your travel in advance as you said 17.

your dad iqama profession is no way concerned to you as you will be travelling alone...

if not allowed you will not be given boarding pass hence confirm prior to book the ticket..

Your iqama profession is student if i am not mistaken, hence a visa on arrival in Dubai is not possible unless you show that you are studying there. you can approach the Dubai embassy or emirates airlines and they will advice you properly.

I am working in government sector as Lecturer, is it possible we can get visa on arrival without any hesitation because it is first time I am travelling by road and i heard that they do not have such facilities on border immigration. Is it true?

1- as people have said before. call the UAE embassy in riyadh and ask them

2- Yes you can take a rental car over the border, but they need to give you a paper that you take to the Traffic police office, and they will give you a paper that allows you to take the car over the border

Like, how many entry points are there on the KSA - UAE border? How long does it take from Khobar to Border and Border to Abu Hail area? What are the requirements on the border? Is there any problem if the profession on the Iqama is different from the passport? What about the traffic system and fines and penalties there? What is Salik card and from where i can get it and use it.

- I intend to return by road.

Is this possible ?
