Clarifications to your queries :

(1)    Yes indeed ! For travel to any country outside of India, the traveller must hold a valid Indian passport and an entry Visa issued by the country they are going to. It is mandatory and essential, without which the traveller cannot even board the flight.

(2)    Nothing in particular, except the routine vaccines which a baby must be given, as advised by the paediatrician.

(3)    Yes, you will get all the required vaccines here in Muscat – both at the Government run Health Clinics and at the numerous private polyclinics.

(4)    Though available in plenty, medical services across the board are not very good for all – children as well as adults. Medical services that can be availed for managing the regular illnesses such as cold, cough, flu etc. But for anything requiring specialised treatment you'll have to necessarily go to India or elsewhere only.

(5)    Yes.

I would also like to know the rental charges of a 1 bhk flat(non-shared, washine machine + equipped kitchen is nessacary ) for a family of 3 people (self + spouse + 3 months old baby), in qurum area, Muscat (place in and around Royal Oman police headquaters ).

Qurum is a relatively more expensive neighbourhood.

You should get a 1 BHK apartment for about R.O. 200 - R.O. 300 / month – I was living in one such apartment in an exclusive neighbourhood of Qurum a couple of years back and the rent then was R.O. 400 / month. But lately there are more apartments available and the demand has gone down, so have the house rents.

Am not sure if you'll get a partially furnished accommodation like the one that you're asking for. Even if you do find one, you may have to increase the monthly rent amount by at least another R.O. 50 minimum.

I believe those Rooms for R.o 200 - R.o 300 to have A.C in all rooms.
If I am not getting a furnished house, like i mentioned,
1)Is it possible to wash our clothes in any pay and use Laundromats? Is it available in qurum area ?
2)can I get these rented flats without any bokers ? or else do i need to spend some money in Bokerage? any advance is needed ? 
3)Is fruits so costly in Muscat ?
4)Can I find any south indian restuarants in and around qurum, if so are they eceonomical/ pocket friendly ?
5)On an average how much is need per month along with my spouse and kid (average economical living - 3 times a day food in hotel, basic shoppings, very few outings, etc..)
