Starting up the teaching business in Dubai?

Hi,
I had been to DUBAI(beautiful dream city) in June 2012 just for job hunt or business scopes.It was for the first time I was out of INDIA and that too alone.But I found Dubai very friendly and I myself searched many sites and scopy business opportunities.
I am planning to Open a TUTORIAL for students of standard 5 to 10.Is there any prospective scopes to start the professional business?Will I get response?I know that in all there are 141 private and 50 public schools.Do kids need private coaching?If any then what is the marketing plan to do the same.Which is the prospective area to start them?I am owning tutorials in my home town and would like to relocate with my family.
Please if any one can help me.

Unless you set up in a Free Zone, you will need a sponsor to get you a license. Coaching center needs to located in residential areas where families with children are there. Send me a pm if you need coordination here.
