Hello, I wanted to know what the cost of an iqama is for someone going out to Saudi for work, also is it normal for EFL employers to offer jobs without an interview? Thanks!

No it's not--it's a sign of desperation. But if they can just get warm bodies here--whether those people last or not, whether those people are qualified or not--recruiters get $$.
