What do you mean, a plan?

If you have the phone, just buy a sim card.

If you don't have a phone, you'll have to check the providers.

Thought you needed sort of like a monthly plan. Where can I get a sim card?

There are main 3 providers:
http://www.t-mobile.hu/http://www.telenor.hu/http://www.vodafone.hu/english

I guess this is a virtual operator or something:
http://www.bluemobile.hu/

They have pre-paid offerings and monthly post-paid plans.
You can sign up for 1 or 2 years to get discounts.
