Where to live in Brisbane for a couple, no kids and a Husky!

Hi there! We are in the process of accepting a job offer to move to Brisbane. We are currently living in the US but lived in the UK, South America, Italy, Dubai and Malaysia and visited once Sydney, Melbourne and Tasmania as tourists. Now is a little different and would like to know where to look for a place to live. We don't have kids and have a husky and some people said that is not easy to find good rental properties that take dogs. Is that true? We like living near a park to do some exercise and in historical neighborhoods. Are we going to be able to find better options to rent furnished or unfurnished places? Any information will be really appreciated,

All depending on your income and location of work it will tell you which rentals are available. Yes, dogs are a big problem for renters especially the bigger the dog.
