worked in resort in Maldives, there are was not issues with the dress.I could walk with open shoulders and short dress.
I'm going to work in Male.What you recommend to wear?

Its nice to hear you once again. yes, you can walk with an off shoulder and short but at least it covers your collar bones and short must be not so daring enough to catch attention. I suggest you wear tshirt and pair of jeans if you want to roam around the city.

completely agree with pinoy, dont stress to much on this as you will find ways to adhere to the Maldivian dress codes
