Air conditioners inside and a hat outside.

I have a rather nice folding baseball cap that slips into my pocket when not in use to defend me against the sun.

- for your car you have to put film for window.
- go for shopping in the big mall which have A/C
- try to go out only evening - night time ( if it possible )

Note :
be careful do not be wrong when you take a shower you have to adjust the water Friend...!!
