My s pass got rejected after re apply but HR havent revealed the reason yet . i have been working in singapore for 9 years . can i re apply again with other companies ?

Of course another company can also apply for a work pass for you.
But it would still be good to know the rejection reason, so you can select a job or employer that does not have this poblem. If the reason is yourself and you cannot remove it, at least you know that you have no chance.
Therefor I recommend you ask the employer to contact MoM and find out the reason!
