I am wondering if anyone has rented an apartment in Alicante without physically iviewing/inspecting the property? If so, what protections did you take or wish you had taken before renting? Any advice or suggestions would be most appreciated.
I'm interested in this topic as well as my family and I might be on our way from Canada to Murcia in mid September and are unable to see a place in person. Sorry for piggy backing.
