Hi
I have applied for one year multiple entry visa for my parents and one of the visa got approved. The other visa has some correction to be done. When i visited the link for correction in the evisa portal, it shows only the ‘father's full name' field to be corrected. But the one already entered was same as that in passport. The issue is, in passport, surname and father's full name are exactly same. Is it the reason for the correction? If so, how can I correct it to get approval?
Kindly help me to resolve this.
